Commission Terms of Service

Terms of service is subjectable to change.
I have the right to alter my terms of service at any time; this may alter commissions that are taken before the alterations are made.

By Ordering a Commission from me, you automatically agree to the following terms below.1. I reserve the right to decline a commission without giving explanation as to why.2. The commissioner (you) will not use my art in any AI training device.3. I, as the artist, retain all copyrights to created work. I have the right to repost and use the art for advertisement of my own commissions and for portfolios. Usage of the art by me includes but is not limited to: Posting on my Social Media Accounts, Posting on my commission page, and using as advertisements.4. The commissioner may post the art I’ve made on their social media as long as it is watermarked and there are credits made back to me and no profit off of the work is being made.5. Artwork made by me may only be resold if royalties and contracts are worked out between myself and the commissioner. Prices can be worked out via email.6. Character art or adoptables made by me may not be resold for more than they were bought for unless more art has been added to the character.

Reservations and Ordering

1. The prices listed are the set prices for all commissions, additional characters will cause additional fees. Changes to my style will also cost additional fees, including but not limited to requested mediums (Pastel, Neon) or painted styles.2. Commissions are first come first serve. for orders under $100 I expect full payment upfront. For commissions over $100 half of payment is to be sent after I send out a sketch.3. If you need a commission fulfilled quicker than 4 months and wish to be bumped to the top of the queue there is a rush fee of $50.4. Artwork or Photographs provided must be owned by the commissioner and high quality or well lit.5. Any special request must be stated before the commission is started.6. Turnover times are 4-6 months, if there is a queue this time starts when i start your commission, not when it is added to the que.7. Once the commission has been ordered the customer may not change what they have ordered.

Payment and Refunds

1. All prices are in USD.2. Payments can be made through CashApp, PayPal, Venmo, or Ko-fi. Please specify your preferred way to pay.3. Charging back for any reasons that isn't pre-discussed will result in an immediate blacklist from my commissions. The commissioner must communicate if they need to cancel the commission for any reason.4. Shipping is not included in the prices, if the commissioner wants a piece shipped, please contact me before the commission is started so we can work out additional fees.5. Refunds are only available before the commission has been lined. If cancelled any time after the line-art has been completed a refund will not be issued. I retain full rights to the sketch if the commission is cancelled and will repurpose it as I see fit.

Privacy

1. I respect all client privacy, Client information will never be leaked nor shared anywhere online or offline.2. When using the art in my portfolio the characters name will be used. The Client will not be tagged on any social media post unless requested.
